PNC-28 is an experimental synthetic peptide derived from a segment of the p53 protein linked to a membrane-penetrating sequence. It has been studied in preclinical research for its interaction with MDM2 (HDM-2)–related pathways and its effects on cancer cell–associated signaling mechanisms. Published data to date are limited to laboratory and animal studies.
