ACE-031

ACE-031 is an experimental recombinant fusion protein designed as a soluble activin type IIB receptor (ActRIIB) decoy. It incorporates the extracellular domain of ActRIIB linked to an Fc fragment of human IgG to enable binding to circulating ligands such as myostatin and related growth differentiation factors. It has been studied in early clinical and preclinical research for its interaction with TGF-β superfamily signaling pathways involved in skeletal muscle regulation.
